Instructions:

  • Add 1 cup of spinach to a blender.

  • Peel and slice 1 ripe banana and add it to the blender.

  • Cut 1/2 cucumber into pieces and add it to the blender.

  • Scoop out the flesh of 1/2 avocado and add it to the blender.

  • Pour 1 cup of almond milk into the blender.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness.

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  • If desired, adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk.

  • Taste and add more honey if needed.
